Work Product (Artifact): Operational Readiness Assessment Log For Team Induction
The Operational Readiness Assessment gives insight in the status per stream from a perspective whether the service can indeed commence on the agreed Service Commencement date or not. It shows (potential) showstoppers that need extra attention, deliverables and attention points to hand over to the Service Run. This is the log in which the operational readiness is noted from the Team Induction perspective.
The ORA log contains sheets for each work stream. In each work stream there are different subjects to consider. There are at the time of the Operational Readiness Assessment 'things still to do' which are the restpoints to describe (these can be actions to perform, issues to solve, deliverables still to deliver). Some restpoints are already or can easily evaluate into showstoppers for achieving Service Commencement. The lines with these restpoints are marked orange or red respectively. For each (potential) showstopper mitigation needs to be defined: a fallback scenario and a date on which this scenario needs to be implemented if the showstopper has not been closed in time. Closed restpoints are marked blue. Some restpoints are handed over to the Service Engagement, if handed over these are marked green.
